How the session works
A small volume of blood is drawn in the clinic and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich fraction. That concentrate, dense with growth factors, is then injected into the treatment area under topical or local anaesthesia.
The regenerative response is gradual by design. Tissue quality, sensitivity and comfort typically develop over four to six weeks as collagen and blood supply improve, rather than changing on the day. Your doctor decides the number of sessions after assessment.
